These terms apply to all services provided by Acorn Arbor. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We offer professional tree services including pruning, removals, hedge trimming, and land rehabilitation. All work is carried out by qualified staff following industry safety standards.

2. Quotes and Scheduling Work

Quotes are free and valid for 90 days. Quotes are confirmed once both parties agree on the job scope and schedule. Scheduled work can only be rescheduled at the discretion of Acorn Arbor and its associates. Last minute cancellations (within 48 hours) can be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

3. Safety and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the site. We may reschedule or adjust scope if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for equipment and crew.

4. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured, including public liability and workers’ compensation. Damage caused by us is guaranteed and insured, however we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions or any concealed utilities unless disclosed in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment will result in our lawyers becoming involved with the debt collection process.

6. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a job. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a call-out fee of 30% of the Invoice amount including GST.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. The most current version will be available on our website.
