These terms apply to all services provided by Acorn Arbor. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

1. Services

We offer professional tree services including pruning, removals, hedge trimming, and land rehabilitation. All work is carried out by qualified staff following industry safety standards.

2. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Bookings are confirmed once both parties agree on the job scope and schedule.

3. Safety and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the site. We may reschedule or adjust scope if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for equipment and crew.

4. Liability and Insurance

We are fully insured, including public liability and workers’ compensation. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing site conditions or any concealed utilities unless disclosed in advance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due within [7–14] days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a job. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. The most current version will be available on our website.
